Sleeps 13

Indonesian Design with Costa Rican flare, Professional Interior Design, Spacious & Private, Beach Front

Casa De Las Tortugas (House of the Turtles) sits on the beautiful upscale beach of Playa Langosta. So close that the surf is to be heard from just about every room in the house.
Designed by acclaimed architect Abraham Valenzuela, executed by the well-known Karl Gronemeyer and built by the hands of Costa Ricans with imported wood columns, ornate doors and artifact's that were imported directly from Indonesia…  These two cultures blended together create a serene oceanfront escape.  Over seen and executed by Karl again, In 2015 Casa De Las Tortugas went under a careful restoration that has enhanced its subdued and simple, yet elegant character.
This breath taking 7500 sq. ft. beach front estate is truly one-of-a kind which makes it the perfect place for an Oceanfront private wedding ceremony, multiple families traveling together or a family vacation. There are no flipping coins over who gets the master…Out of 6 bedrooms we have 5 Oceanfront master bedrooms.  All Masters are furnished with king beds, private lanais and breath-taking views. The 6th room is at the front of the house and has its own bathroom …Perfect for a nanny or teenagers. Every room in the house is open and airy with an abundant amount of windows in the living room and kitchen area. As you walk through the house you’ll instantly feel relaxed with trickling sounds of water from the fountain pools throughout.
Gated private entrance, courteous and accommodating staff, two car garage, and a private security guard ensures you of a good night sleep.
Take advantage of our Wireless internet WiFi or leave the world behind and head to the pool or to the beach with a cold drink in your hands and for the warm sand between your toes…. You're close enough to go back for a refill!
